Refund Policy for Online Courses, Programs, and Digital Products:
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if the course/program is not helping you meet your goals, you may be eligible to receive a 100% refund. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact me ([email protected]) to request your refund. Your access to the course and all course materials, forums, groups, etc. will be removed.
Please note the exceptions below:
For online courses and programs, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase. However, if you have completed more than 75% of the course, then you will not be eligible for a full refund.
For short events such as 30-minute - 1-hour webinars, refunds are not available due to the nature of the event.
After the deadline(s) have passed, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the course or online program regardless of whether or not you complete the entire course.
E-books and digital downloads are not refundable or returnable.
